Christmas In Conroe

This Christmas, mommy and daddy told me all about Santa. They also told me all about Baby Jesus and how Santa brings presents on Christmas to celebrate Baby Jesus's birthday. My favorite Christmas movie this year was Polar Express! I probably watched it 20 times over the course of the season! This prompted me to want to drink a lot of hot chocolate and to ask for a bell and a train for Christmas! Luckily, I was a pretty good girl this year and Santa brought exactly what I asked for, thanks Santa! It was so fun putting out the food for the reindeer and cookies and milk for Santa. When I woke up on Christmas morning, there was a train set up and ready to play with. But I was actually more interested in checking to see if the reindeer ate the food I left! So I got bundled up to go outside with Gramps to check. Sure enough the reindeer like my concoction of granola and glitter I left for them!

I don't really understand the concept of next Christmas being a year away so I figure I better be on my best behavior all the time. The other day, Annabelle was acting up (surprise surprise) and I said "Annabelle, you betta be good or else Santa not gunna bring you no more more presents!" Thats right, I look out for my sister :)

Here we are all dressed up in Santa Hats!

All the girls, dressed up for mass! We won't talk about what happened at Christmas mass. Lets just say we didn't make it to the end and Mommy and Daddy weren't too happy...

We love our Grandma and Gramps!

  2. We all didn't make it through Christmas Mass either. My kids normally go in the nursery, but there was no nursery service for Christmas. We got to church early so that we could get seats. Jarrod had to take Charlotte out in the foyer before Mass even started. They only lasted 30 minutes out there before Jarrod had to take her to the car. Trenton surprised me and did very well. He also made sure that EVERYONE heard him say, "Lord, hear those prayers!"
