Happy!

Mommy and Daddy left us overnight this weekend to go to a wedding. Thats ok becuase we got to play with grandma and gramps and great aunt catherine! The weekend before we got to stay with grana, granddad and uncle blake, so lets just say we've been a little spoiled!

What is new with us? Well, I am still working on this whole talking thing. I am super smart and understand every word that is spoken to me (like when daddy said "hallie go push this laundry basket up against the leather couch so we can fold the clothes" I did precicely this without blinking an eye) but I'm not really sold on the whole talking thing myself. I love to play pretend. I love to use real food (raisins, cheerieos, cheese-its) to make concoctions in my kitchen. I pour ketchup on them, I stir them up, I put them in the oven, then press the fake buttons on the microwave... so much fun! My parents love that I play so well independently now, especially since annabelle is starting to need more one on one attention.

Annabelle, like myself, loves to eat! As mommy prepares her bowl of rice cereal and vegetable puree, Annabelle sits there with her mouth WIDE open just waiting for that first yummy bite. She loves her excersauser and her rainforest but her favorite thing to do is watch me play. She will follow me around the whole room with her eyes. She can't wait to be up and running around with me!

We are loving the fall weather and going to the park almost daily!

Daddy is working super hard on the kitchen every free moment he gets. Can't wait to post before and after pictures!
